Charlotte Ellis
Charlotte is a Chartered Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience applying psychology in the business world. Working with clients across sectors and geographies, and with small entrepreneurial start-ups, to partnerships, and FTSE 100 companies, she specialises in helping people and organisations identify and develop their talent.
Her considerable industry experience includes sectors as diverse as:

- Defence
- Manufacturing

- Oil and gas
- Professional services
She is known for building strong and long lasting client relationships, and for combining robust technical expertise, with a keen sense of pragmatism and realism.
A firm believer in transferring knowledge and skills and in building capability within the organisation, Charlotte has worked on many projects to help individuals, managers and leaders develop their capabilities in assessment, coaching and leadership. As a practising executive coach, she works one- to-one and with teams, to help improve effectiveness and achieve their potential.
Charlotte has a degree in psychology and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. She is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments and is a qualified coaching supervisor. She is co-author with Alison Hardingham, of ‘Exercises for Team Development’, published by the CIPD.
